FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly equipment for cold sheet forming, namely for drawing and trimming allowance along contour of thin-sheet parts. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes punch mounted in upper plate by means of elastic sleeve through punch holder and arranged in metallic bushing with cutting edge. Holder engaging with member for fixing blank position is spring-loaded relative to upper plate by means of set of elastic sleeves. Fixing member is mounted in lower die to which elastic disc is pressed-in. EFFECT: enhanced strength of parts due to thickened portion of material in zone of joining bottom with wall. 2 dwg
