PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal safety confirming function-equipped information exchange system that enhances the energy efficiency and environmental friendliness related to provision of an information exchange service and the continuity of personal safety confirmation and an information exchange service even in a disaster-affected period while indirectly confirming the safety of users through the information exchange.SOLUTION: A personal safety confirming function-equipped information exchange system is constituted of an electric power supply system in which a plurality of users of an information exchanging service are jointly or a plurality of users and an information service provider are jointly involved in development and operation, and a personal safety confirming function-equipped information exchange server apparatus that operates on power supplied from the electric power supply system, is communicably connected to a terminal device of each of information exchanging parties designated by the users and to the electric power supply system, and is mounted with programs for the personal safety confirming function-equipped information exchange server apparatus. |
