<p>Biological methanol oil prepared from illegal cooking oil products is characterized in that the biological methanol oil is formed by fully stirring the illegal cooking oil products, that is, 3 to 35 parts of emulsifiers and 2 to 25 parts of water by weight, so as to form an emulsion; standing for 10 to 24 hours and then stirring and mixing the emulsion with 40 to 95 parts of methanol, and standing for 4 to 8 hours. The illegal cooking oil products are emulsifiers obtained by saponifying stearin and tripalmitin that are obtained by removing water and impurities from illegal cooking oil. The biological methanol oil in the present invention has stable performance, is not liable to volatilize, and does not self-ignite, and can be put out by water if it is accidentally lighted. The product has no toxin in combustion and no harm, no foreign smell and no smoke in use and is a renewable biomass energy source, and conforms to national regulations according to monitoring by relevant departments. The biological methanol oil uses the illegal cooking oil products as raw materials, has a good combustion performance, has a low cost, and is of important significance in aspects such as reducing a food safety threat, avoiding pollution by the illegal cooking oil to the environment, and reducing mineral fuel consumption.</p> |
