PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a conductive self-adhesive sheet that can be made thinner compared to conventional conductive self-adhesive sheets, is excellent in conductivity in the plane direction, is excellent in strength, flexibility and heat resistance, and is inexpensive; a production method thereof; and a printed wiring board.SOLUTION: A conductive self-adhesive sheet 10 is composed of: a conductive supporting substrate 12 with 1-10 μm thickness, comprising a cured product 13 of a thermosetting resin including conductive particles 11, and having conductivity in its thickness direction; a first conductive layer 14 and a second conductive layer 15 formed on the surface of the conductive supporting substrate 12, and having conductivity in its plane direction, each with 0.01 μm to less than 1 μm thickness; and a first conductive self-adhesive layer 16 and a second conductive self-adhesive layer 18 covering the surface of respective conductive layers, including conductive particles 26 with sphericity of 0.8 or more and having conductivity in its thickness direction. |
