PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of increasing excitement and enjoyment of a game by providing the performance operations of movable performance members with unpredictable quality. SOLUTION: In this game machine, a performance operation device 400 includes: a base member 410 fixed to a part of the game machine; a first movable member 420 having a first driving shaft 435 and rotationally disposed with respect to the base member 410; a second movable member 440 having a second driving shaft 455 and rotationally disposed with respect to the base member 410; driving devices 460 and 470 actuating the first driving shaft 435 to rotationally turn the first movable member 420 and actuating the second driving shaft 455 to rotationally turn the second movable member 440; and hiding members 51, 200 and 300 hiding the first movable member 420 and the second movable member 440 in the initial positions. The driving devices 460 and 470 rotationally turn the first movable member 420 and the second movable member 440 in the initial positions in the direction of approaching to each other, so that the first movable member 420 and the second movable member 440 are integrated to constitute a decoration member at a visible prescribed position.
