FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method to produce a composite loose gypsum material, by means of grinding of a gypsum component, its baking and dry mixing of components. Natural gypsum stone is used as a gypsum component. The modifying additive is peat powder, which is introduced into natural gypsum stone before grinding or before baking in the following amount, wt %: natural gypsum - 90-99.5, peat powder - 0.5-10. Baking is carried out at temperature of 150÷200°C for 60÷180 minutes.
