FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: device for formation of track strips in repair of motor roads comprises a tractor with a sweeping broom, crushed stone layers with dump trucks and additionally comprises a milling device with a working element with a vertical axis of rotation and a system of working elements rotation via a vertical axis of rotation by means of a high-torque hydraulic motor, suspension of working elements by means of hinged joints and hydraulic cylinders, a system of a pneumatic pump, hoses and holes in the milling device and the working element to the inner cavity of knives of the working element, providing for milling and supply of the binding material. The crushed stone layer is equipped with a limiter gate for track feed of crushed stone, and dump trucks are equipped with longitudinal auger and rotor loaders.EFFECT: considerable increase of strength of surface treatment layer adhesion strength with the main layer of road surface, higher bearing strength and durability of repaired road surface.2 cl, 4 dwg |
