The present invention relates to a novel method for verifying a protein-protein interaction of cytoplasmic proteins, wherein the method overcomes faults such as inaccuracy and complexity of the existing methods for searching biomaterial interactions, and is differentiated from the existing transfection analysis method. The method according to the present invention has an effect of providing a new real-time analysis method that allows a real-time detection of material binding and interactions, which occur in cells, in living cells; overcomes faults such as inaccuracy and complexity of the existing methods for searching biomaterial interactions; and is differentiated from the existing transfection analysis method.
