PAD SPRING AND DISC BRAKE HAVING THE SAME

A pad spring and a disk brake having the same are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pad spring is interposed between a pair of pad plates installed in a carrier and the carrier to advance and retreat towards a disk rotating with a wheel. The pad spring can be closely stuck from the inner surface of the carrier to the outer surface of the carrier through the top surface of the carrier to surround a friction surface in which the pad plate and the carrier are rubbed when braking.
