PURPOSE: A door checker for a vehicle is provided to enhance space utilization inside a door by equipping a foldable door checker in between the outer panel of the door and the filler unit of a vehicle body in a narrow space outside the door. CONSTITUTION: A door checker(100) for a vehicle comprises a first slider(10), a second slider(30), a third slider(50), a first latching unit(70), and a second latching unit. The first slider is hinged to the outer panel(1) of a door. The second slider is slidably joined to the first slider. The third slider is equipped in the filler unit(3) of a vehicle body for hinging. The third slider is slidably joined to the second slider. The first latching unit is equipped in the first slider. The first latching unit selectively latches the first slider with respect to the second slider. The second latching unit is equipped in the second slider. The second latching unit selectively latches the second slider with respect to the third slider. |
