PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance between a cooling liquid pipe and a flange, lowers a heat resistance required value for an elastic member, and prevent a trouble caused by dropping or chipping of the elastic member.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is provided, according to which a core is inserted in a case through a case opening formed thereon, which case opening is covered with a flange. The flange includes a bottomed flange cylinder 231 having a flange hole that is a columnar space extending in the direction of insertion of the core. A cooling liquid pipe 22 has a pipe large-diameter cylindrical part 220 inserted in the flange hole. A seal member 24 is attached to the pipe large-diameter cylindrical part 220 as a cylindrical seal. An elastic member 25 is disposed outside the seal member 24 so as to press an end face of the core opposite to the flange against the case. |
