PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feeding device, a charging device, a power feeding method and a power feeding program, in which the frequency of a signal used in communication where the signal is superposed on a power signal transmitted during a non-contact charge is adjusted to a frequency close to that of the power signal, and further the amplitude of the signal is changed for non-contact power communication.SOLUTION: A power feeding device and a charging device each comprise: a transmission system which generates a superposed signal of a predetermined communication frequency in a frequency band where a power signal is transmittable and superposes and transmits the superposed signal on a power line by which the power signal is transmitted; and a receiving system which determines for each communication frequency whether an amplitude value larger than a binarized determination threshold has continued for only a designated period of a communication frequency cycle and, when the amplitude value is found to have continued for only the period, determines that first information out of binary information has been transmitted, otherwise, determines that second information has been transmitted. |
