PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer shell structure capable of achieving a large span without hindrance, reducing an initial construction cost, and being constructed at a low cost.SOLUTION: An outer peripheral column 1, an outer peripheral beam 4 and an internal beam 5 are turned to be a main body, the outer peripheral column is turned to be a wall column of an SRC structure, the outer peripheral beam and the internal beam are both turned to be an S structure, and a beam end of the internal beam is welded and rigidly joined to a core iron frame 2 in the outer peripheral column. The core iron frame and the outer peripheral beam are turned to be H-shaped steel, the internal beam is welded to a flange 2a of the core iron frame, and the end of the outer peripheral beam is fixed and rigidly joined to a coating concrete 3 of the outer peripheral column without structurally directly joining a web 4b of the outer peripheral beam to a web 2b of the core iron frame. A shear reinforcement and a width stopping bar for reinforcing bearing yield strength to the end of the outer peripheral beam are densely and intensively arranged at upper and lower vicinity positions of the outer peripheral beam. The webs of the core iron frame are fastened with bolts, connected in the vertical direction and integrally fixed to the coating concrete. A column base of the wall column as the outer peripheral column is pin-joined to a foundation. |
