PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device excellent in operability in a small size.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting device comprises a semiconductor layer 15 including a first surface 15a, a second surface opposite thereto, and a light-emitting layer 13. The semiconductor light-emitting device further comprises: a p-side electrode 16 provided on the second surface in a region including the light-emitting layer 13 of the semiconductor layer 15; an n-side electrode 17 provided on the second surface in a region not including the light-emitting layer 13 of the semiconductor layer 15; and a resin 25 covering the semiconductor layer 15, the p-side electrode 16, and the n-side electrode 17 on a side of the second surface and including a magnetic body 27. |
