The present invention provides an electric cooker which comprises the following: a top heater stainless steel plate which is combined to the lower side of a lid; a pressure correspondence operation unit which is selectively operated by the pressure inside an inner caldron by being connected to a steam outlet formed on the top heater stainless steel plate; a control bracket which is combined to one upper side of the top heater stainless steel plate, and includes a mounting unit with a mounting hole in which the end of the pressure correspondence operation unit is located on the preset position; and multiple supports which are spot-welded to the top heater stainless steel plate to combine the top heater stainless steel plate to the control brackets. The top heater stainless steel plate is formed of a stainless steel material for preventing the corrosion of the electric cooker and providing the stable combining structure.
