The shoe has a connecting element (20) i.e. hook element or snap ring, fixedly arranged on an elastically extensible band (2). The connecting element is secured to a sleeve on a heel (12) of a shoe main body (1) such that the extensible band is fixed between two sides of a soft pad (11) and the heel. The elastically extensible band provides elastic restoring force to the shoe main body if a user walks or is trained to act on a substrate, which absorbs pressure when elastic restoring force is converted into assist force to raise a foot during next movement. |
