PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal that identifies a person who desires to suppress disclosure of information as a detection object.SOLUTION: A portable terminal comprises: a communication unit that receives data with a first light-emission pattern for identification of other portable terminals; an imaging unit that acquires a moving image; and a control unit that acquires a light-emission pattern that emits light in predetermined conditions from the moving image as data with a second light-emission pattern, and compares the data with the second light-emission pattern with the data with the first light-emission pattern.
