<p>A method for controlling earphone audio playing duration and a mobile phone. The method comprises: after a mobile phone detects that an earphone sets up a connection with the mobile phone, monitoring whether the volume of audio played by the earphone exceeds a preset upper limit volume value; when a mobile phone monitors that the volume of the audio played by the earphone exceeds a preset upper limit volume value, recording, through a timer, time that the volume of the audio continuously played by the earphone exceeds the upper limit value; and after the time recorded by the timer exceeds a preset time, stopping outputting audio or sending a prompt notification short message to the earphone.</p> |
