PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective therapy for female sexual dysfunction (such as female sexual arousal disorder (FSAD) or female sexual desire disorder (FSDD)).SOLUTION: A therapy includes use of a combination of testosterone or its analogue and tadalafil. Preferably, the therapy includes use of a combination of testosterone or its analogue and a compound that can at least partially inhibit smooth muscle constriction, for example, a compound capable of at least partially inhibiting an adrenergic tone. An example of the above compound is prazosin, thymoxamine (moxisylyte), NMI-870, HMP12, or phentolamine. |
