PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time and labor for a user to register an area, etc., and accurately provide notification of mislaying of the processing device.SOLUTION: A processing device includes: a use state determination unit 1 for determining a non-use state of the processing device; a position information acquisition unit 2 for acquiring position information of the processing device determined to be not in use; a mislaying determination unit 4 for determining whether the processing device is in a mislaid state or not with the use of acquired position information; and a notification unit 5 for performing notification when the processing device is determined to be in a mislaid state. The mislaying determination unit 4 allows a storage unit 3 to store position information used for determination whenever it is determined whether the processing device is in a mislaid state or not, and determines that the processing device is in a mislaid state on the basis of the level of position information stored in the storage unit 3. |
