The present invention relates to a separator, a separator manufacturing method, and a separator manufacturing apparatus. A polyethylenes tephthalate fibrous layer (110) is manufactured by being pressurized in a heated state after forming in a sheet shape by a paper manufacturing method for manufacturing a paper by using polyethlenes tephthalate fiber in the separator (101) including the polyethylenes tephthalate fibrous layer (110) and nano-fiber layers (120, 130). Thereby the separator has high insulation, high dendrite tolerance, high wetting property, and high ion conductivity as well as high mechanical strength.
