PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a precise fluorescence quantity for each wavelength.SOLUTION: There is provided a fluorescence detection device 10 including: an objective lens 1 for condensing fluorescence generated in a sample; a diffraction grating 9 for splitting the fluorescence condensed by the objective lens 1 into spectrum components; a multi-channel PMT 13 for detecting each of spectrum components of desired wavelength regions of the fluorescence split by the diffraction grating 9; and a band-pass filter 7 for preventing higher-order diffracted light derived from a wavelength region other than the desired wavelength region from getting mixed in the spectrum component detected by the multi-channel PMT 13. |
