PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for separating and removing COin which COremoval efficiency and energy efficiency are improved.SOLUTION: A COseparation and removal device includes an upper filling layer 2a for preparing semi-rich liquid by allowing gas containing COto be brought into contact with lean liquid containing an amine compound to allow the lean liquid to absorb CO, a lower filling layer 2b for preparing rich liquid by allowing the gas containing COto be brought into contact with the semi-rich liquid to allow the semi-rich liquid to absorb CO, a regeneration tower 13 for preparing the lean liquid by removing COfrom the rich liquid, a heat exchanger 7 for exchanging heat between the rich liquid prepared in the lower filling layer 2b and the semi-rich liquid prepared in the upper filling layer 2a, a heat exchanger 22 for exchanging heat between the rich liquid heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger 7 and the lean liquid prepared in the regeneration tower 13, a nozzle 6 for supplying the lean liquid heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger 22 to the upper filling layer 2a, and a nozzle 14 for supplying the rich liquid heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger 22 to the regeneration tower 13. |
