PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a read-out electrode assembly for giving successful protection from spark or electric discharge and successfully reducing dead time of a detector.SOLUTION: A read-out electrode assembly 10 of an avalanche particle detector includes a plurality of register pads 24 to be formed in an insulation layer 20 on the upper sides of a plurality of read-out pads 12, in which the register pads 24 are spatially separated from the read-out pads 12 by at least a part of the insulation layer 20. |
