A disclosed supporter supports an instrument which is mounted in on object and includes a base member an insertion area is formed through which the instrument passes, a movable member which is installed in the base member to move around the insertion area, and a pivot member which pivots on the movable member around a pivot shaft passing the insertion area and is mounted with the instrument. The movable central shaft and pivot shaft of the movable member and the extension shaft of the instrument have a single cross point.
