The present invention relates to a method for controlling microcurrent device and a control system for treatment with microcurrent, and more particularly, to a control system for treatment with microcurrent which controls the microcurrent device with a mobile device such as a smart phone, transmits obtained information during a treatment and receives results based on the obtained information so as to apply to the microcurrent treatment. The said control method comprises steps of: manufacturing a circuit board in which the microcurrent treatment device is installed; setting a communication method for a mobile device on the circuit board; setting an operating method of the microcurrent device on the mobile device and operating the microcurrent treatment device; collecting and processing data from the operation of the microcurrent treatment device; and transmitting and saving the data. The microcurrent treatment device periodically generates microcurrent in a recognizable form.
