摘要 The present invention relates to an existing production method for tough pitch copper, and especially improves production efficiency and reduces manufacturing costs by changing a production process into an extrusion method. Most of current production methods for the tough pitch copper are rolling methods, but have the problems of reducing productivity and manufacturing costs. Therefore, the present invention periodically identifies the mechanical qualities of the stem, container, and dies holder of a press; maintains the horizontality and verticality of the stem, container, and dies holder; completely seals gaps up and down, and left and right after up-setting a container sleeve and a dies holder; preventively inspecting a left and a right bush, a liner, a packing, and a distance between supporting bolts in the main cylinder of the press; lubricates a mechanical sliding part with grease in order to prevent an excessive operation; repetitively repairs and grinds a dies every day after using the dies; and removes scales from the dies and coats the dies with carbon graphite after using the dies in order to prevent the generation of dimensional deformation in the dies, thereby improving the quality, manufacturing costs, and cost factors of a bus bar, producing the bus bar by utilizing an existing facility, and making a wrought structure compact, uniform, and fine.
