The present invention relates to a solid waste and wastewater treatment system using natural topography capable of conducting environmentally friendly wastewater treatment while treating solid waste. Accordingly the present invention comprises a landfill cover (20) composed of solid waste and soil mixed between a hillock (10) and another neighboring hillock (10'); an artificial purification channel tool (30) in a spiral shape running from the top of the landfill cover (20) to below the hillocks (10, 10'), being used as a pasture and a road for many purposes and having a plurality of discharge channels (30a, 30b, 30c); a diluting treatment part for natural water (32) placed on the top of the landfill cover (20) to extend from the upper part of the artificial purification channel tool (30); a reservoir for natural water (40) artificially prepared around the hillocks (10, 10'); and a plurality of reservoirs for diluted water (41, 42, 43). The present invention enables the continuous diluting purification treatment of wastewater as the natural water (W) of the reservoir for natural water (40) is discharged to any one of the reservoirs for diluted water (41) through any one of the discharge channels (30a) after forcibly transferring the natural water to the diluting treatment part for natural water (32) and diluting wastewater with the natural water, and the diluted water (P) of the reservoir for diluted water (41) is discharged to another reservoir for diluted water (42) through another discharge channel (30b) after forcibly transferring the diluted water to the diluting treatment part for natural water (32) and diluting the diluted water with the natural water (W) again. |
