The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a slag depressant for a revolving furnace, especially, a method for manufacturing the slag depressant for the revolving furnace including a slag moisture control step for controlling the amount of contained water in collected slag to be 3-6 weight%; a used white clay selection step for selecting used white clay having the amount of the contained water of 10-15 weight%; a used white clay crush step for crushing the selected used white clay; a mixing step for putting the slag of which the moisture is controlled of 48-66 weight%, the selected used white clay of 28-48 weight%, and a binder 4-6 weight% into a mixer and mixing the same; and a forming step for forming a mixture mixed in the mixer in a predetermined shape by using a molding press.
