The present invention discloses a device for diagnosing helideck lighting. The device for diagnosing the helideck lighting of one embodiment of the present invention comprises a surveillance camera photographing the image of lighting equipment mounted at a helideck; a real time image capture module extracting an image of set unit time from real time images transmitted by the surveillance camera; an image analyzing module analyzing the unit time image transmitted from the image capture module; a lighting equipment diagnosing module diagnosing the lighting equipment by comparing an image processed at the image analyzing module with an stored normal image; and a helideck monitoring system (HMS) monitor displaying results transmitted from the lighting equipment diagnosing module.
