<p>The device has a central tube (1) whose center is formed with a T-shaped slot (3). A side of the central tube is provided with a hole (2) through which perforated tubes (5, 6) are introduced from a side to another side. The central tube is suspended by a hook (4) that is mounted on the T-shaped slot. The perforated tubes are provided with stops (8) coming into stumbled on the central tube. The perforated tubes are drilled through another hole (9) positioned below the stops for promoting circulation of air in the central tube.</p>
