PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an oil combustor for improving working efficiency during combustion inspection.SOLUTION: A cap valve 5 of a cartridge tank 4 is mounted to an opening 3a provided on an upper surface of a sump 3, fuel in the cartridge tank 4 is supplied to the sump 3, and a tank detection switch 6 changing a signal upon attachment/detachment of the cartridge tank 4 and a tank detection means 7 to which an output signal of the tank detection switch 6 is input to detect the presence/absence of the cartridge tank 4 are provided. A combustion control means 8 is configured such that is has a combustion detection mode C of a burner 2, outputs a combustion signal of the burner 2 while a no-tank signal is output from the tank detection means 7 in the combustion inspection mode C, outputs a stop signal for the burner 2 until the no-tank signal is output from the tank detection means 7 when a tank presence signal is output from the tank detection means 7 if the combustion inspection mode C has been started, and does not start combustion of the burner 2 even if a combustion start command for the burner 2 has been output. |
