摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum interference unit capable of obtaining a good resonance signal by reducing the influence of power shift (Stark shift) and power broadening, an atomic oscillator, and an electronic device.SOLUTION: An atomic oscillator 1 (an example of a quantum interference unit) includes: a semiconductor laser 110 which generates light containing a resonant light pair for causing an electromagnetically-induced transparency (EIT) phenomenon in an atom; a dimmer filter 102 on which the light generated by the semiconductor laser 110 is made incident; a gas cell 120 (group of atoms) on which the light having passed through the dimmer filter 102 is made incident; and a photodetector 130 which detects the light having passed through the gas cell 120. The farther the location of the dimmer filter 102 from a central point (reference point) of an incident surface 102a on which the light generated by the semiconductor laser 110 is made incident is, the higher permeability of the dimmer filter becomes.
