The invention addresses the problem of providing a method for forming a multilayer coating film, the method being capable of increasing primer coating efficiency and of forming multilayer coating films economically. The present invention relates to a method for forming a multilayer coating film for a molding obtained from a polypropylene material: the method being obtained from a process (1) of coating a first primer, a process (2) of coating a second primer, a process (3) of coating a base coating composition, a process (4) of coating a clear coating composition, and an enameling process (5); the first primer being a conductive primer; the first primer coating film obtained from process (1) having a surface electrical resistivity of 105 - 106 Omega/cm2 and a dry film thickness of 3 - 5 µm; the second primer being a non-conductive primer containing a chlorinated polyolefin; and process (2) being performed following process (1) by wet-on-wet electrostatic coating.
