PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection screen enabling writing using a marker pen on a projection plane or erasing of marker ink, and a whiteboard apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: A base member has a base member surface formed in a first roughness on a side on which a coating film layer is formed. The coating film layer has a second roughness formed along the first roughness of the base member surface. The coating film layer has a coating film surface on the side opposite to the surface of the base member, which is formed in a third roughness, in which an average pitch between tops is smaller than that in the first roughness being overlapped with the second roughness. The third roughness diffuses light on the projection plane formed of the coating film surface. Also, since the coating film surface has the second roughness which changes largely and gently according to the first roughness of the base member surface, un-erased portion of marker ink is reduced when the marker ink is erased by an eraser. Thus, the marker ink can be erased with a small number of operations of the eraser. |
