PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the circulation stop of a coolant and prevent the cost increase of a fuel battery power generation system.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a fuel battery power generation system comprises: a fuel battery 2; a heat exchanger 5 conducting heat exchange between a coolant discharged from the fuel battery 2 and an exhaust heat recovery water; a tank 3 accumulating the coolant discharged from the heat exchanger 5; a pump 4 supplying the coolant accumulated in the tank 3 to the fuel battery 2; a thermometer 6 measuring a temperature of the coolant discharged from the fuel battery 2; a pump 8 supplying the exhaust heat recovery water to the heat exchanger 5; a thermometer 9 measuring a temperature of the exhaust heat recovery water discharged from the heat exchanger 5; and a controller 11. The controller 11 obtains the measurement results of the thermometers 6, 9 and stops power generation of the fuel battery 2 when the temperature of the coolant discharged from the fuel battery 2 is lowered by a first predetermined value or more and the temperature of the exhaust heat recovery water discharged from the heat exchanger 5 is lowered by a second predetermined value or more. |
