The ground hardening pile construction device constructs the circular arc cross-sectional ground hardening pile inside the ground at a desired central angle by inserting a plurality of injection rods connected to each other into the ground and spouting the hardener, the water, and the compressed air using high pressure through the injection nozzle on the lowermost injection rod at a desired central angle. The ground hardening pile construction device includes multidirectional nozzle devices in a horizontal manner. The nozzle devices are installed on the injection rod at an angle to correspond to the central angle. The ground hardening pile construction method constructs the circular arc cross-sectional ground hardening pile inside the ground at a desired central angle by inserting a plurality of injection rods connected to each other into the ground and spouting the hardener, the water, and the compressed air using high pressure through the injection nozzle on the lowermost injection rod at a desired central angle. The ground hardening pile construction method constructs the ground hardening pile without rotating the injection nozzle by installing a plurality of injection nozzles and spouting the hardener, the water, and the compressed air through the injection nozzle of the lowermost injection rod.
