PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel guiding device for a vehicle, a travel guiding method for the vehicle, and a computer program enabling a travel suitable for an updated road without impeding driving operation of a driver. SOLUTION: Map updating information is acquired from a map distribution center 3 or the like (S1), and map information stored in a map information DB 31 is updated into map information in a new version based on the acquired map updating information (S2). In this case, when especially a road included in the map information is updated, the updated road is guided based on an updated content of the updated road and a past traveling aspect of a vehicle 4 along the updated road (S9, S10).
