The present invention relates to the rectifier cooling structure of a treatment apparatus for ship ballast water and, in particular, to an electrolysis apparatus integrated with a rectifier comprising an electrode module in the shape of a housing including a plurality of electrodes; an electrolyzer for electrolyzing ship ballast water by including one or more electrode modules and including an inflow hole and an outflow hole on both ends respectively; and a rectifier module placed at one side of the electrolyzer, corresponding to the electrode module, and supplying electricity to the electrode module. The rectifier module has a heat sinking plane at one side of the rectifier installed on the electrolyzer. The electrode module is connected horizontally to the electrolyzer. The rectifier module is connected vertically to the electroyzer.
