PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solar battery module, sealing a solar battery cell string with a silicone material at low cost and simply.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method, a solar battery cell string comprising a plurality of solar battery cells 3 is sealed with a resin between two sheets of sheet glasses 1a, 1b. The manufacturing method includes the steps of: (i) forming a silicone cured film 2 on one face of each of the sheet glasses 1a, 1b; (ii) disposing a solar battery cell string on the silicone cured film 2 of one sheet glass 1a; (iii) turning a silicone cured film formation face of the other sheet glass 1b toward the solar battery cell string and disposing the other sheet glass 1b via a pillar 4 so that the solar battery cell string is sandwiched between the one sheet glass 1a and the other sheet glass 1b; and (iv) injecting and curing a second curable silicone material 2 having a viscosity of 0.1-5.0 Pa s at 25°C between the sheet glasses 1a, 1b to seal the solar battery cell string. |
