PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator which makes miniaturization attainable and which can accurately separate sucked objects.SOLUTION: In an separator, a separator body is provided which has a prescribed length vertically, and a driving part body having a suction driving device is arranged at the upper end of the separator body. In the driving part body, a suction inlet and an exhaust outlet separated from the suction inlet are provided. A communication passage is formed for communicating the suction inlet and the exhaust outlet with each other. A separation means for separating a solid body and a fluid body sucked from the suction inlet, is arranged inside the separator body. A discharging port for discharging the fluid body is provided at the lower part of the separator body. |
