The present invention provides an electric connector for a circuit substrate, which can authentically prevent dropping-off of a flat conductor. The electric connector of the invention is configured on the circuit substrate. The inserted flat conductor is electrically connected with the circuit substrate. An upper waist part (31) which locks a fitting (30) extends backwards and upwards from a connection part (33) to a locking part (35) when a movable component (60) is provided at an opening position, and the locking part (35) projects downwards. The upper waist part becomes a gesture of facing a plug direction of the flat conductor in a range between the connection part (33) and the locking part (35). |
