A METHOD FOR MODELLING OF HEPATITIS B VIRUS INFECTION

摘要

Invention relates to generation of in vitro cell culture system for modelling hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. The cell culture is generated from adipose tissue derived stem cells cultivated towards hepatogenic differentiation. The stem cells system is susceptible to HBV infection. The system may be used for screening of prototype drugs and personalized approach to antiviral treatment.
