<p>The present invention provides proteinaceous binding molecules, in particular antibodies, having at least two variable domains. One variable domain binds to a target molecule of interest. At least one other variable domain comprises a purification tag suitable for purification of said proteinaceous binding molecule. The purification tag enables the convenient purification of the proteinaceous binding molecule with monovalent binding properties against the target molecule.</p> |
