The present invention relates to organopolysiloxane providing a cosmetic material which has excellent emulsification stability and curing stability and has a soft touch feeling, non-sticky, and good cosmetic-maintaining property. The block type organopolysiloxane is represented by chemical formula 1. In the formula, R1 is independently a C1-12 monovalent hydrocarbon group, R2 is a hydrogen atom, a C1-15 monovalent hydrocarbon group, or a C2-7 monovalent acyl group; R3 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-4 monovalent hydrocarbon group; X is a C2-15 divalent hydrocarbon group; n is an integer from 1 or greater; m is an integer from 1 or greater; s is an integer from 0-100; t is an integer from 0-50; z is an integer from 0-50; R4 is independently hydrogen, hydroxyl group, alkoxy group, or an organic group represented by chemical formula 2. |
