The present invention provides: a coating composition comprising UV curable resin including an acryloyl functional group, an isocyanate-based compound, a photoinitiator, an antioxidant and a solvent, wherein the UV curable resin including an acryloyl functional group is manufactured by the copolymerization of acrylate monomers including an epoxy functional group and a silicone macromonomer and then performing an additional reaction of an acrylic acid monomer; and a manufacturing method thereof. In addition, the present invention provides: a base film; and a coating layer formed on one surface of the base film, wherein the coating layer contains a coating composition comprising a UV curable resin including an acryloyl functional group, an isocyanate-based compound, an antioxidant, and a solvent, and the UV curable resin including an epoxy functional group is manufactured by the copolymerization of acylate monomers including an epoxy functional group and a silicone macromonomer and then performing an additional reaction of an acrylic acid monomer. |
