PURPOSE: A clamping device for a laser welding is provided to clamp by steadily contacting a welded-product to a bumper beam having a constant curvature radius, and to improve productivity by preventing a time consumption increase according to a predetermined position of a welded-product. CONSTITUTION: A clamping device for a laser welding comprises a base plate(110), a locator(120), a clamper(130), a clamping cylinder(140), a fixing member(150), and an electromagnetic force generating unit(160). The fixing member generates an electromagnetic force according to a control signal of a controller. Both upper parts of a welded-product are restricted with an adsorption, and are fixed on the clamper. The electromagnetic force generating unit fixes both end parts of the welded-product to a bumper beam by adsorption restricting by generating an electromagnetic force to the bumper beam according to a control signal of a controller with being contacted to the bumper beam through a cylinder operation.
