PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular solid preparation containing tosufloxacin having improved medication compliance of a child or an aged person.SOLUTION: A tosufloxacin tosilate-containing granular solid preparation is a granular solid preparation granulated only by water without using a binder, thereby showing excellent defoaming property, having excellent leachability and uniformity of contents classified by the particle size, showing a sharp particle size distribution, and having reduced slimy feeling upon medication, which is useful as a preparation for a child or an aged person. |
