PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fulfill the need for forced deletion of data problematic to security when the data is held in a logic circuit for a certain period.SOLUTION: Provided is a semiconductor device comprising means for forced deletion of data held in a logic circuit. The means for deletion may include input of a deletion signal or irradiation with light, and can force the data to be deleted. Furthermore, the data can be deleted even while power supply is interrupted.
