PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metered dispensing container having excellent operability, dispensing a predetermined amount of content, and maintaining the initial performance for a long time.SOLUTION: A metered dispensing container includes: a container body 10 having a body 11 for storing powder, and including a lid body 12 on one end side; and a rod 20 inserted through an opening 12f of the lid body 12, and formed with a plug body 20b having a recess 20c, on the other end side of the body 11. The inside of the body 11 is provided with an elastic wall 11c abutting on the plug body 20b to close the body 11, closing the recess 20c with the pressing of the rod 20, and dispensing only powder in the recess 20 by further pressing of the rod 20. The container body 10 is provided with an elastic body 40 for urging the rod 20 from the other end side to the one end side of the body 11. |
